Come learn about the whole process of growing, milling and baking with small grains from seed to loaf. Join our team of instructors: Mark Dempsey, a former research agronomist; Jennifer Lapidus from Carolina Ground; and Patryk Battle, Director of Living Web Farms and former owner of Lucky Goose Bakery. Participants will learn about production & harvest, post-harvest handling and processing, and baking a delicious loaf of bread.
