  • October 12, 2019
    1:30 pm - 7:00 pm

With demand for clean food ever on the rise, the agricultural community is consistently abuzz with both old and new approaches to producing food and fiber while addressing climate change and healing the land. This resulting “Regenerative Agriculture” encompasses diverse fields of study and practice and has hard-to-measure implications, many of which challenge the dominating paradigm of our times. In this session, Mark Cohen will provide insight into the positive potential of this complex movement, highlighting the use of animals, plants, appropriate technology, and social activism to revolutionize resilient, biodiverse communities of people, livestock and land.
